Address Management Portal.

The Address Management Portal (AMP) is an efficient platform that handles the address verification and management needs of clients with large and recurring customer datasets. It was designed with the peculiarities of the Nigerian address landscape in mind hence, it leverages geospatial technology to eliminate the traditional issues of inaccurate and haphazard addressing in the country. Combining both web and mobile interfaces, it aligns the activities of back-office administrators and the field-workers who conduct the physical verification of the addresses. The AMP can plug into any existing system like core banking or other customer-facing applications using REST API. This will allow a seamless exchange of requests and verified reports between client and vendor and also minimize the level of human dependencies thereby reducing errors associated with data entry.

The capabilities of the system is categorized into several modules focused on the routine activities of address management companies including:

Address Management: This module keeps track of current and historical customer address data for efficient monitoring and analyses.

Geocode: The Geocode module leverages our robust geospatial data & third party datasets, to assign geographic coordinates to every address. This will help to properly situate and address and assign it to the closest field agent. The module helps to validate the accuracies of datasets received from the field teams, thereby serving as a scientific proof that addresses were visited and verified The coordinates embedded in the verified reports allows for the geo-mapping and further spatial analyses.

User Management: This module handles the creation, update, archiving, and overall management of all user accounts including the administrators, supervisors, field-workers, and accountants.

Project: This module provides the structure and design of each client’s project. It uses dynamic form technology to ensure that non-technical users can design the project to suit their various needs.

Accounting: The accounting module will keep track and manage requests received and processed, Turn-Around-Time (TAT), agent pay-out, surcharge, and invoicing to clients.

KPI Management: With the KPI module, clients will be able to monitor and track the performance of their vendors while supervisors will equally be able to assess the diligence of their field agents.

AMP Mobile App

Simple and user-friendly mobile application for the field agents. The mobile application has brought about the digital supervision for the vendor and also the easy location of the individual addresses. It also comprises some other great features like the offline collection of address verification in scenarios of bad network and submission when the network is restored.
